The ITM Modular System is a pre-engineered solution to meet the demands and requirements of small component and electronic assembly. The base solution is used as a foundation facilitating reduced design time, to focus engineering efforts on designing around unique aspects of your assembly application.

System Details
- Two system sizes, small (4’ wide) and large (6’ wide).
- Pallet size 18” x 16” (work area 16.5” x 15”).
- Pneumatic pallet hold backs and singulation to control product flow
- Pallet lift and lock device at the work position to ensure accuracy.
- 6-axis options IRB 1100 and IRB 1200, floor or invert.
*Alternative robot manufacture can be used pending size and controller configurations.
- SCARA options IRB 910INV and IRB 920T, floor or invert.
